Finding Your Certificate
Enter your registered email address on the Find and Download page. All certificates linked to your email will appear as separate cards. Click Download PDF on any certificate card.
Make sure you are using the exact email address used during registration. If the certificate still does not appear, contact our support team for assistance.
Yes. If you have attended multiple programs, each certificate will appear as a separate card when you search by your email address. All certificates are shown together on one page.
Because you have attended multiple programs, each program generates its own separate certificate. All of them are displayed when you search by email so you can download each one individually.
Verification
Enter the Certificate ID on the Verify Certificate page or scan the QR code printed on your certificate. The full details will appear instantly if the certificate is valid.
The Certificate ID you entered does not match any issued certificate in our system. It may have been entered incorrectly or the certificate may not have been issued yet. Contact support if you believe this is an error.
Yes. All certificates issued through Scrollwell are permanently verifiable using their Certificate ID.
Corrections
Submit a Correction Request with your Certificate ID and a description of the issue. Our team will review and reissue within 2 to 3 business days.
Typically 2 to 3 business days after your request is submitted.

Yes, completely free of charge.
Yes. Use the Share button on your certificate card to share directly to LinkedIn or copy the verification link to paste anywhere.
Certificates are issued by the organizing institution through the Scrollwell platform.
